Retention
Buyer inquiries and the records needed to follow up are kept for as long as needed to respond, to maintain an accurate record of the inquiry, and to meet legal, tax, and reporting obligations. Aggregate analytics may be retained for longer in a form that does not identify you individually.
Your choices and data deletion
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, ask us to stop contacting you, or withdraw consent where we rely on it. Email hola@buybaja.com from the address you used, or message us on WhatsApp, and say what you would like done.
